AuDHD Allowed & Out Loud
A six-month experience for late-realized autistic ADHDers to hear yourself, free yourself, and shamelessly embrace the power of who you are in community
Starts on Monday September 21, 2026!
You’ve been trying so hard all your life, and you’re getting tired of it.
Trying to fit in, trying to work harder, trying not to be so sensitive, trying to be there for everyone, trying to solve everyone else’s problems, trying to ignore your own problems, trying not to be such a fuckin’ weirdo, trying to keep up with the high expectations you learned in childhood that only got higher as an adult, trying to be a "good" person, trying not to let it bother you when others don’t give you the same you give to them, trying not to freak out over “small” things all the time, trying, trying, trying… so much trying.
What if instead of all this trying, you let yourself just be for a minute?
What if there was a place you could go, even briefly, to shut out the rest of the loud, judgmental, shallow world, and be with people who expect nothing more of you than to exist and be in community with them?
With people who will celebrate every single part of you, including and especially the messy, mistake-making, angry parts?
With people who will finally see you the way you’ve always hoped people would see you: as the helpful, good-intentioned, sometimes scatterbrained, imperfect but still brilliantly unique human that you are - without you having to convince them of it with every breath you take?
Then you are exactly who I made AuDHD Allowed & Out Loud for. I’m so glad you’ve found us.

What Will You Get From AuDHD Allowed & Out Loud?
During this 6-month virtual group program, you can expect the following experiences & transformations:
✨ Going from confused, overwhelmed, & spinning in circles to clarity, groundedness, and knowing what step to take next
✨ Feeling like you can actually trust yourself instead of second guessing every decision
✨ Regain a sense of control and empowerment over your life, and feel in charge of yourself again
✨ Spot the ways that internalized ableism, shame, capitalism, and white supremacy have wedged their way into your belief systems and relearn more aligned, human-centered ways to be
✨ Let go of the neuronormative standards that you’ve been taught and readjust your expectations to actually match your neurodivergent brain
✨ Create the space for yourself to be a messy, chaotic, angry, sad human without beating yourself up about it or feeling like you’re “broken”
✨ Identify what your needs actually are, how to meet them, and find the language and confidence to articulate them to loved ones, friends, and/or employers
✨ Overcome your perfectionistic, people pleasing tendencies, and learn how to practice choosing yourself, and therefore trusting yourself, again
All while in community with other auDHDers who will make you feel seen, heard, and validated instantly.
This program was made specifically for you if you:
✨ Are a late-realized or late-accepted (25+) autistic ADHDer, whether you already self-identify as auDHD or are still figuring things out (no official diagnosis is required!)
✨ Have no clue who you are after recognizing your neurodivergence as an adult and are totally overwhelmed with the idea of relearning everything about yourself
✨ Are always helping the people around you but don’t feel as though it's reciprocated in your relationships to the point that you often grow resentful towards people you love
✨ Are a teacher, therapist, or other helping/service professional who’s feeling burned out and wants to learn how to have a career like this without getting drained all the time
✨ Have a high level of self-awareness but you still feel like you don’t know what to actually do with all of this supposedly useful self-awareness
✨ Are always interested to hear a new perspective or way to think about something, even when it contradicts what you currently know to be true
✨ Want to start prioritizing yourself and standing up for what you believe in
✨ Are ready to commit to the practice of seeking joy even in the darkest of places, and see it as a radical act of resistance
This program is NOT for you if you…
🚫 Aren’t interested in exploring how white supremacy, ableism, and capitalism are interconnected and how they relate to your specific healing journey as well as to the world at large (hint: these things impact and harm EVERYONE in different ways, whether you are aware of it or not)
🚫 Are looking for a step-by-step “here’s exactly what to do and how to do it” type of program. Allowed & Outloud is designed to provide you with a foundation of knowledge and ways of thinking, to help you to find your own answers for what you want to do next
🚫 Have a low tolerance for your long held beliefs being challenged and aren’t ready to engage in the discomfort that comes with having your perspective radically shifted
🚫 Are looking for a program that will “fix” the things that you struggle with and want to have no problems or struggles by the time the six months are up. In truth, I cannot make your problems go away, nor do I want to. But I can help you better understand them and create space for them to exist in your life so that you can actually learn from them rather than try to change or ignore them

I’m Jes, she/they, and I’m dedicated to supporting late-realized and late-accepted auDHD adults.
Drawing from my lived experience as a queer AuDHD individual with a background in psychology and clinical social work, I offer a deeply empathetic, anti-oppressive approach. My coaching rejects traditional "fix-it" models, focusing instead on radical self-compassion, unshaming, and nervous system regulation.
By helping clients dismantle internalized ableism and capitalism, I empower them to embrace the messy realities of neurodivergence not just with acceptance, but with love and compassion.
When not coaching, I can be found baking sourdough, playing video games, reading, or spending time with my wife and three cats.

"It helped me so much more listening to people who are really going through the same stuff as I am going through."
"I have a hard time committing to stuff for myself, so the fact that you are a place where I can go and keep on learning to also literally choose myself because I take the time to be here and listen and learn, and I think that is the part I need most in my life."
"Radical self acceptance and intentional masking were helpful concepts. I haven't been able to have a sense of self or identity that isn't shame/guilt/external locus of control based [until this program]."

I can't wait to see you there!
I strive to hold space and offer solutions that are human-centered, trauma-informed, and inclusive of each individual’s lived experience and social identities. I have completed a trauma-informed space holding curriculum, am actively engaged in anti-racism study and work, and in deconstructing capitalistic standards and values.
I want to make it clear that I cannot guarantee a safe space for you. I recognize that you are the judge of what feels safe and expansive for you. My intention is to allow you to access your internal safety as best as you can in our current social climate through ample consent, choice, and clarity in our time together.
My offers and services are not meant to be a replacement for therapy. I will remain within my scope of practice when engaging with you and my work, and will refer out to qualified individuals for more aligned support when necessary.
I acknowledge the privileges I hold as a working class white American citizen with settler ancestry and post-secondary education who can pass as neurotypical, straight, and able-bodied. While my position as a queer, disabled, neurodivergent person has allowed me to generate more insights and compassion into these lived experiences, I am committed to listening, learning, decolonizing, and growing in regards to other areas.
With gratitude and respect, I acknowledge that the land on which I live and work is the ancestral territory of the Haudenosaunee and Onondaga peoples. I aim to live in a way that centers reconciliation and meaningful relationship building between the people of this land and how we care for it. I invite you to reflect on your role in reconciliation and the Land Back movement at www.native-land.ca.
