Welcome To AuDHD Summer Camp!

Have you ever wished there was a place in the middle of the woods somewhere, where you could go and meet other people who didn’t give a crap about how “weird” you are?
Where your auDHD traits are not only seen and accepted, but celebrated and admired.
A place where you could go and find the safety to be able to finally figure out who exactly it is you are underneath that mask you didn’t realize you were wearing all these years.
Where, instead of being met with blank stares and looks of confusion when you tell someone about your struggles, you’re met with a chorus of “Oh my gosh, me too!” and “Yes, same!”
That’s exactly what you’ll find at AuDHD Summer Camp!
Round 3 starts June 2, 2026! Ready to sign up?
What Happens At AuDHD Summer Camp?
This two-month virtual summer camp will help you:
🏕️ Get to know who you actually are after the identity crisis that is late-realization of autism and ADHD
🏕️ Learn tools to build safety both with yourself and with others
🏕️ Understand how to manage your energy and capacity as an autistic ADHDer (so you can get things done without the fear of burnout)
🏕️ Form more authentic and less draining relationships with others
🏕️Experience life outside of the confines that loud perfectionism & inner criticism keep you in
🏕️ Figure out who you truly are underneath the mask you've been wearing all these years
🏕️ Be nicer to yourself
All while in community with other auDHDers who will make you feel seen, heard, and validated right away.

The Details:
AuDHD Summer Camp runs for two months, from Tuesday, June 2 – Friday, July 31 and includes:
🏕️ Our online community where you’re free to post and connect with other auDHDers from all over the world via a private Discord channel
🏕️ Lessons from Jes delivered every week via PDF and audio
🏕️ A total of 7 group coaching calls on Mondays at 3pm Eastern/12pm Pacific to discuss the material and get coaching in real time (includes 1 week off for rest & integration)
🏕️ Recordings of all calls in case you miss them or want to rewatch
🏕️ Activities & exercises you can do again and again to help you navigate all areas of life as an auDHDer
🏕️ A lifetime of memories from the most fun-filled, revelatory, transformative 8 weeks of your life!
🏕️ BONUS: Since this is round 3, you'll also get all of the recordings from previous rounds of Summer Camp! That's over 20 extra hours of validating, normalizing, and heartfelt conversations that talk through exactly how to implement the material in real life (In my opinion, these calls contain more gold than the course itself, but you can be the judge of that!)

✅ Late-realized & late-accepted adult (25+) auDHDers (autistic and ADHD) who are navigating the identity crisis that comes with discovering their neurodivergence and want to understand how their unique brains actually work
✅ Individuals experiencing, preventing, or recovering from auDHD burnout who are exhausted by the tug-of-war between their ADHD's need for stimulation and their autism's need for predictability, and who need practical tools to manage phantom spoons and fluctuating capacity
✅ Chronic people-pleasers and perfectionists who are tired of carrying around heavy, internalized shame and are ready to quiet their "shaming witness" to practice radical self-compassion
✅ AuDHDers seeking relational healing and genuine community, who want a safe-enough space to practice being imperfectly brave, learn how to unmask safely, and connect with peers who share their lived experience
✅ Those who want to learn how to set healthy, interdependent boundaries by simply communicating their needs without over-explaining or justifying themselves to others
❌ People looking for a rigid, deadline-driven program or strict accountability. This is a fiercely anti-hustle, anti-grind culture space; there is no such thing as falling "behind," and campers are encouraged to go at their own pace
❌ Anyone searching for a "quick fix" or cure. This program embraces the non-linear spiral staircase of healing and focuses on persistence and experimenting, rather than striving for neurotypical standards of "consistency" or trying to fix yourself
❌ People who are uncomfortable in actively anti-oppressive spaces. This program practices active decolonization (calling out white supremacy, patriarchy, capitalism, and ableism) and strictly prohibits bigotry, transphobia, homophobia, racism, or intolerance of any kind
❌ Those expecting a traditional, clinical psychotherapy environment. While trauma-informed, this is a peer-supported group coaching program centered on lived experience, not a clinical medical setting or a substitute for acute 1-on-1 therapy.
❌ Individuals looking for someone to "fix" their emotions. This program relies on members taking responsibility for their own actions, utilizing discernment, and honoring their own boundaries, rather than expecting the coach or community to parent them or manage their distress for them.
What Previous Campers Have Said:
"This is a place where I can go and keep on learning to also choose myself, because I take the time to be here and listen and learn. It helps me say to myself, 'It's okay to take this time for me.'"
"I listened to the talk about shame last night, which I really enjoyed. This week, there was an increased gentleness where I was just watching myself and realized 'Hm, I don't actually want to hang out with that person... so I won't.' Just noticing as opposed to trying to work on something."
"I really like the appreciation from all of you for my thoughts. It's always very validating and healing to get positive feedback about my thoughts and opinions, because I've gotten a lot of 'Oh, you're talking too much' and 'nobody cares' and stuff like that."
"I ended up having a pretty significant conversation with a family member where I was just courageous. I was like, 'I know how to do this.'"
"You make me feel safe. This group also, by the way. You're real and I'm loving it. I love this space."
"The giving myself permission to be a potato and just do what feels good was really helpful. I just did what I wanted to do and it was great."

I believe that pricing doesn’t have to be a weapon of classism; it can be a joyously interdependent exchange of resources that help create stronger communities. This pricing model is inspired by the Green Bottle Model from Worts + Cunning.
Please read the following criteria and determine which price is appropriate for you. If you fall in between two of the categories, please choose the one that represents a safe and comfortable financial commitment.
Price has been lowered from previous years due to the everything that's going on in the world.
3 month payment plans are available for each option.
$1,200
- You have access to financial security, have personal savings, or own property/rent a high-end property
- You are are able to pay for “wants” easily and rarely worry about paying for basic necessities
- You have what most would consider economic privilege and power
By choosing this price, you are helping contribute to a more equitable community by supporting access for those with less.
$800
- You may be paying off debt or working to build savings, but have access to steady income
- You don't spend most of your time thinking of meeting basic needs such as food, rent, medical care, bills, child care, etc.
- You're able to buy new things and take vacations annually or every few years without much financial strain
By choosing this price, you are paying for your access to this program and leaving the lowest tier option for those who need it most.
$400
- You’re able to access basic needs such as food, housing, and child care, although sometimes it may feel difficult
- You are able to put away money each month to make the temporary payments, but the middle price would be enough to cause financial strain
Limit: 10. By choosing this price, you are letting your community support you and investing in yourself without sacrificing your needs.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Usually between 10-20. The first round had about 16 or 17 campers, and each call would have about 3-8 people in it. The second round had about 12 campers with 2-6 per call.
While I would love to have as many campers as possible at each call, it is totally not necessary to come to the live calls. Each call will be recorded and posted for folks who aren't able to make it, or just want to rewatch. Plus, since this is round 3, you'll get all of the previous coaching calls as well. That's over 20 hours of coaching calls, and in my opinion, these are where the true gold is! However, I will say that you will get the most out of the program if you are able to come to the calls and speak up during them. I do allow folks to be off camera and use the chat feature if they are not comfortable showing up on video as well.
The actual program itself includes a one-hour zoom call per week (with one integration week off in the middle), and the weekly PDFs are around 8-15 pages, and around 10-25 minutes long if you listen to them. There are also about 20-60 minutes worth of practices and exercises in each module, depending how much time you want to devote to it. If you were to do every single part of the program, it would be around a 1.5 hour commitment per week. However, each part of this program is optional and since calls are recorded, you can do everything at whatever pace makes most sense to you.
Yes! I have intentionally and carefully designed this entire program with burnout management and prevention in mind, as it's such a prevalent experience in the auDHD community. Most neurodivergent groups are focused heavily on productivity and the "get shit done" aspect of coaching, and include bucket loads of information to go through. When I wrote this program, I put a lot of thought into not overloading folks with a ton of information or a huge time commitment. I wanted to ensure that even soneone who is actively in burnout can still participate in the course and get solid results, even if they only participate a small amount. I even state multiple times throughout the program that you are not meant to do everything all at once, you can stop and take a break whenever is needed, and promote a "1% at a time" mentality in everything we do together.
I can't wait to see you at camp!
I strive to hold space and offer solutions that are human-centered, trauma-informed, and inclusive of each individual’s lived experience and social identities. I have completed a trauma-informed space holding curriculum, am actively engaged in anti-racism study and work, and in deconstructing capitalistic standards and values.
I want to make it clear that I cannot guarantee a safe space for you. I recognize that you are the judge of what feels safe and expansive for you. My intention is to allow you to access your internal safety as best as you can in our current social climate through ample consent, choice, and clarity in our time together.
My offers and services are not meant to be a replacement for therapy. I will remain within my scope of practice when engaging with you and my work, and will refer out to qualified individuals for more aligned support when necessary.
I acknowledge the privileges I hold as a working class white American citizen with settler ancestry and post-secondary education who can pass as neurotypical, straight, and able-bodied. While my position as a queer, disabled, neurodivergent person has allowed me to generate more insights and compassion into these lived experiences, I am committed to listening, learning, decolonizing, and growing in regards to other areas.
With gratitude and respect, I acknowledge that the land on which I live and work is the stolen ancestral territory of the Haudenosaunee and Onondaga peoples. I aim to live in a way that centers reconciliation and meaningful relationship building between the people of this land and how we care for it. I invite you to reflect on your role in reconciliation and the Land Back movement at www.native-land.ca.
